Our criteria are based on transit damage, faulty products, mistake in delivery address, inaccurate product and unfinished packing. • Shylo ensures that any Product/Service Promotion initiated by the company is informed to our customers though SMS, E-mails or Whatsapp messages. In order to keep the customers informed about their transactions, Shylo sends regular Transactional SMS, E-mails, Whatsapp messages to the customers
• Shylo assumes no liability for personal injury to the distributor or the third party from use or mishandling of any of products promoted by Shylo Quik Wellness Pvt Ltd.
• Shylo reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately upon receipt of sufficient information that Distributor has violated any Term or Condition of this agreement or has otherwise acted illegally or unethically.
• We will pay Distributor commissions and bonuses on orders received and accepted for sale of products to the ultimate consumer made by Distributor and his/her sales organization under the terms of our business plan.
